How do I make a schedule request?

Whom do I contact if I am having trouble registering for an event?
If you are having issues with your registration, you can email Dylan Kilmurray at dylank@gsltournaments.com. He will be in touch within 24 hours and should be able to walk you through the process within minutes.
Where do I make a payment for a tournament?
All transactions can be done online through our registration portal: https://registrations.premiersportstournaments.com/store?storeorganizationid=31369#events
Why is my team not listed on the “Who’s Coming” page?
Only registered teams will be listed on the “Who’s Coming” page. No teams will be allowed on the schedule without paying for the event one week prior to the start of the tournament.
When will the schedule be released?
High School – Schedules will be released one week prior to the start of the tournament. If a team has not paid or registered by this time, they will not be allowed on the schedule.
Youth – Schedules will be released on the Tuesday before the weekend event.

Where can I find weather updates and schedule changes?
Download the Premier Sports Tournament App (Apple App Store & Google Play Store).
You can follow your tournament through the app to receive real time notification regarding event updates such as weather updates, game results, schedule changes and much more.
What do I do if there is a tournament rules-related issue on the field?
Please stop game play immediately and contact your onsite GSL Tournament Director to assist. If you are unable to locate one, you can contact Dylan Kilmurrary at (253) 209-1784.
In most cases, if game play continues before the issue at hand is resolved we will be unable to overturn the original call.
What are the game limits?
All 13U-18U games are 7 innings or 2 hours no new inning (whichever comes first) unless otherwise determined by GSL Tournaments staff. All games will have the following mercy rules: 12 after 3, 10 after 4 and 8 after 5
All 8U-12U games are 6 innings or 1 hour and 45 minutes no new inning (whichever comes first) unless otherwise determined by GSL Tournaments staff. All games will have the following mercy rules: 12 after 3, 10 after 4 and 8 after 5
Can we play extra innings if the game is tied, and time remains?
Pool Play: No, once the innings limit is reached (8U-12, 6 innings) (13U-18U, 7 innings) the game is over. If the score is tied, then both teams will receive ½ a point to their overall pool standing.
Bracket Play & Championship Games: Yes, once the innings limit is reached (8U-12, 6 innings) (13U-18U, 7 innings) extra innings will be played to determine a winner.
Extra innings rule: The last batted out will start on 2nd base with 1 out. This will continue for each additional inning until there is a winner unless otherwise determined by GSL Tournaments staff.
Why didn’t my game start on time?
The only game guaranteed to start on time is the first game of the day. All proceeding games will start 15 minutes upon conclusion of the previous game. If the previous game ends early tournament staff will let you know the adjusted start time which will never by more than 15 minutes prior to the scheduled game time.
When will the brackets and consolation games be posted?
Bracket games will be posted within an hour of the final determining pool play game finishing up.
Consolation games will be posted as teams are eliminated from the chance to advance to bracket play. Teams that are located farther away will play earlier in the day due to travel distance.
Where can I find field locations?
You can use the “Venues” tab found on the mobile app to find the field address and driving directions. Download the Premier Sports Tournament App (Apple App Store & Google Play Store).
You can also go to Fields and Facilities on our website to find a specific address.
